OMG!! My husband got a referral for here to have a root canal done and the staff was absolutely phenomenal!! Michelle is who greeted us and she was hilarious (tickety-boo!). Dr. Holman was amazing, patient and took time to explain everything that would be done, what was happening with my husband's tooth and how everything would work. They asked questions and told my husband to let them know if he was at all uncomfortable, which he was not(he almost fell asleep in the chair.) I brought my son in for emergency root canals. The Endodontist was great but their back office billing has been a nightmare. Like other reviews I was told I had to pay in full or set up a payment plan through one of their payment plan options. We have three insurances to cover my son’s dental. I set up the payment plan for a service in April it is now August. Primary insurance paid (in-network) which reduced the total amount owed from 4,400 to 1,400 per my plan.
