Let me add my gratitude and applause for Drew and all for their work and work ethic and care. My prior provider for my generator had stopped answering calls and kept saying they could not provide residential customer service as they were backed up from the pandemic. It does seem reasonable in terms of workers but not in terms of not answering many calls and just explaining. By the time they did come, last week, the very nice tech told me that my unit (which is only 10 years old and should have lasted 20-25 years, was leaking... read more
