Don’t bother coming here if English is your second language. I brought my 80-year-old grandfather in for a denture estimate and was rudely interrupted by the specialist while I was mid-conversation with the very kind secretary who was helping me with forms. The specialist bluntly stated that he would not see my grandfather because he doesn’t speak English, claiming he uses “technical terms that can’t be translated.” His tone came across as negligent, dismissive, and frankly racist.
