Avoid this lab at all the cost. We have been sending them cases and recently all of our OMs informed us about fraudulent charges, they double charge, overcharge and charge for the cases that they have never delivered. We are considering taking legal action because of amount of money they have stolen from us.

I don’t even know where to start with this . My office sent these people a lab case OVER A MONTH AGO , and we still haven’t received it . I had to reschedule my patient’s appointment 3 times . I finally called and spoke to someone who assured me the case would be delivered to my office by ups today 3/28/24 . Well , guess what ?? I still don’t have it and from the last email I received it won’t be delivered till 4/5 and by than it will be almost 2 MONTHS in the lab. Was told by my Dentist office that this lab continues to be the delay of my dental crown/rescheduling of my appointments (2xs now over a 2 week period). My Dentist office said this lab told them they would guarantee the crown by 10:30am on 6/7 but as of 6/13 the Dentist office still does not have have the crown. Would give 0 stars but Google application requires at least 1 star.
