Love working with this Lab - good quality work with a quick response
good lab with consistent work. kale is a great manager and very prompt in getting back. Been working with them for years
I have worked with The Dental Lab for many years and highly recommended them. They deliver high quality lab work at reasonable prices with quick turnaround time. It’s nice being able to deliver cases and not stressing about if they were done well. The vast majority of cases go in with minimal to no adjustments. We shortened our delivery appointments since we were always finishing them early.
Avoid this lab at all the cost. We have been sending them cases and recently all of our OMs informed us about fraudulent charges, they double charge, overcharge and charge for the cases that they have never delivered. We are considering taking legal action because of amount of money they have stolen from us.
I don’t even know where to start with this . My office sent these people a lab case OVER A MONTH AGO , and we still haven’t received it . I had to reschedule my patient’s appointment 3 times . I finally called and spoke to someone who assured me the case would be delivered to my office by ups today 3/28/24 . Well , guess what ?? I still don’t have it and from the last email I received it won’t be delivered till 4/5 and by than it will be almost 2 MONTHS in the lab.
