They didn't verify insurances, when my insurance was cancelled somehow,they were not aware of it. How come? My insurance told me they cancelled membership. As a result I lost 2 years when I had major problems and needed to fix it. I was kept in suspense waiting for them to call, finally they told me that my insurance is not working. Very disappointing. They should have done their part with insurance right away
It was a pleasure to have Dr. Sylvia as my dentist! Everything in the clinic was clean and tidy. The entire staff were very friendly too. I felt no pain as she cleaned my teeth and took x-rays as well. She also gave a lot of advice and tips on how to keep my teeth clean. Dr. Sylvia is a fantastic dentist! I recommend her for people of all ages!
