So far, so good !
Tried working with them to build our 2 bedroom and 2 bath home. No basement and we already owned the land. Felt like we had to keep the process going by always reaching out to them. Kind of felt like they had more than enough clients. When bid came in it was $150,000 over our next highest bid we wnt with another builder.
Cornerstone was amazing throughout our process. They really took the time to understand what we were looking for, and their insight repeatedly made our design even better. They were also consistently 10-12% cheaper than the other builders we spoke with since they have their own mill and buy in bulk. They are competent, honest and professional. Highly recommended.
