I met junior today and im so lucky because hé just helping out but he speak créole was very kind and i apply to the beautiful property m’y family and me love it
The staff is amazing and really cares. Over the weekend for 2 nights there was a large gathering/party in the pavillion area behind my unit. The area was left completely trashed. There was broken glass bottles, food, cans and trash just left everywhere. Than with the strong winds the trash ended up in my back area and all surrounding areas as well. The team was out early today and cleaned the entire area. It was so upsetting to see your living area destroyed by others. Thank you to all involved in helping with the mess!
Having to pay $30 for your own mailbox key and then wait another 7 days until they can get the key is absolutely insane.
Thomas was efficient and pleasant.
