Horrible services. I’m transferring from CA to OH for work, I applied to this apartments. I had to pay 250 plus 99 dollars just to apply. The 99 dlls was for the application fee and the 250 was my security deposit. Then when I got approved they send me an email saying that I have to pay an extra 474.00 dlls for me be able to get the keys. I asked if I can go a see the apartment/studio, they told me no cause they is still someone living in there. I asked for pictures, never received them. This place has ZERO insulation. My apartment temperature fluctuates with the outside temperature. It is really hot and the "AC" will run all day with little to no effect. The electricity bill is through the roof and its still 80 degrees in here. Cold in the winter and hot in the summer. I've got an electric heater i need to use in the winter just so I'm not shivering. This place is not worth the $900 they are charging. Invest your money somewhere else please
I really needed a place asap and Brian helped me out from start to finish. My English is not the best but JR was here to help translate and now I have my new home in the beautiful apartments thank you guys!
Junior and Tae have went above and beyond in helping me secure a home here i am so happy with my decision the model is beautiful the homes are beautiful i am very very sastified.
Make sure you see your apartment before you sign. Poorly put together, paint and all. Maintenance are young people that have no experience. The office will act like they care until you pay all of your deposits! Ask if you will have to pay for carpet or they’ll surprise you with yet another new charge. Appliances are absolute trash, dirty and don’t work properly. Move everything and open all cabinets. Check your trim and doors.
