Horrible services. I’m transferring from CA to OH for work, I applied to this apartments. I had to pay 250 plus 99 dollars just to apply. The 99 dlls was for the application fee and the 250 was my security deposit. Then when I got approved they send me an email saying that I have to pay an extra 474.00 dlls for me be able to get the keys. I asked if I can go a see the apartment/studio, they told me no cause they is still someone living in there. I asked for pictures, never received them.
