Same horrible experience as another person listed below. We only used Cornerstone because they bought out the company in Paducah we had been using for countertops. We had a slab on hold we specifically drove 2.5hrs one way to Nashville to pick out. We paid the deposit for the slab to Cornerstone. 2 months later in July, we found out that Cornerstone was no longer owner at the fabricator we were using and our slab had been released at the wholesaler without our knowledge, so now we have paid but there’s no slab to show for it... read more
Do not! I repeat to don’t hire this guy to install your countertops. We paid this man (Stuart Arthur) March for an install job. Told us on 2 different occasions he would be at our house to get our measurements and pick up our sink, the man never showed and never let us know he was unable to uphold his verbal conformation of appointment. Something didn’t seem right so we took it upon ourselves to contact Nashville to see if our granite had been paid for and as of Aug 4th it still had not been paid for. We had new countertops and backsplash put in. While we love the look of it. I’m not very happy with the installation. There are gaps under my cabinet and beside my stove that I now have to get trim or something to fill. We have been told by people that have been to my house that they should have measured better so those gaps wouldn’t be there. They also over cut the outlet so now we are going to have to fix that. Stewart and his crew installed quartz countertops in our 2 bathrooms and kitchen. The workmanship is top quality. It is abundantly clear he cares. He answered every phone call and every question I had. His prices were better than everyone else. As he was finishing his work, my neighbor came by and mentioned to him that she had a problem with her countertops (not done by cornerstone). He left my house and went to hers.
