The saff was amazing there were very helpful an really saved my life
There were five receptionists on duty but only one doctor! That certainly seems totally out of balance to me! Our receptionist was very nice but the wait has been extraordinary-3 hours so far and still waiting! Where are the doctors? Have they quit and moved on? How can one get URGENT CARE with only one doctor on duty and so many people needing help? Are there no substitutes if a doctor has to be absent? Teachers sure have to have them, why not physicians? Worst experience ever at the Urgent care. It's not Urgent at all we are still waiting for our name to be called. It's been over 2 hours now and still waiting. One of the intake people said sometimes it takes over 3 1/2 to be seen sometimes. Than he suggested if he can give the name of other Urgent care facilities. How dumb is he we have already been waiting here for 2 hours or more so we go to another place and wait even more???. Health care here is down to the ground. They don't care about the patient at all. It took awhile to be seen but I was warned of the potential wait time. Everyone was so nice and professional which made the wait time not as bad as it could have been. There was only only one doctor there that day but it never showed in his attitude.
