‘0’ STARS FOR ZERO HELP CHOICE HOME WARRANTY assigned this plumber to fix a kitchen faucet at my house. Armando came and took it apart. He reassembled it and it worked for about an hour and then stopped functioning properly. I tried numerous times (6) over 3 days to ask for someone to return. Since no one answers the phone I left messages on the answering machine. NO return calls to me. I paid him $75 to not fix my faucet. Assigned to us by Choice Home Warranty. Horrible communication and lack of response by Customer Service. Technician showed up and left without repair saying no one was home. Everyone including my dog were home. $85 charge regardless. Caution is warranted.

replaced[ defective part with a defective part.Called five times NEVER called back . if you are a American home shield customer look elsewhere before accepting the company to attempt to do tte work.

They get work via American Home Shield. They are horrible. They sub-contract out to other people. Not sure why AHS even uses them. They're a SCAM company.
