If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. We hired Rich November 2021 to build a deck and sunroom. He never stuck to his timeline, never got a permit or performed an inspection. We fired him July 2022 with less than 30% of the project done. He refuses to give us part of the money back, even though we paid him more than half of the project.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Rich Phillips and Kyle were excellent! This was our third project with Cornerstone and Rich and could not be more pleased. The first project was a major deck addition, the second was a structural repair and the most recent was an old leak repair requiring siding removal, some interior renovation and finish work. As always, Rich was responsive, polite, and concerned about doing a good job. We will continue to use Cornerstone and Rich for future work and highly recommend them. Joe Mynhier, AIA

We hired Rich Phillips for an entire house remodel . We fired him after 3 weeks. He over promises and under delivers . Beyond that he is financially irresponsible. He still owes us money and refuses to pay it back.

I had called this company and inquired about a gate for my Fiberon deck. They showed as a dealer for Fiberon. Rich answered the phone and said he would have to check his schedule and never called me back. I assume the job was too small. I would have appreciated him being honest with me that he was not interested in the job.
