Their motto is «every detail matters». They promise short delays. That's why I picked them. The experience was a nightmare. While they seem nice at first, multiple important issues happened along the way. - They sent the wrong contract to our lender. So they «forgot» to bill close to $30,000. And of course, they realized that AFTER closing escrow, moved in, and loan started.
