I have been able to see a customer service person usually with only a small wait time. interest rates are competatave.
It is always a pleasure to go into the credit union to do my business. The staff are very helpful, accommodating and polite. The extras that come with being a member like vehicle insurance are well worth looking into, we have been able to cut that expense by 40%. Highly recommend using Cornerstone Community Financial.
Kathleen from the Royal Oak branch took very good care of me as I went through the process of refinancing my equity loan. She was friendly, answered all my questions, provided documents in a timely manner, and handled the closing in a very professional manner. I was completely satisfied with my refinancing thanks to Kathleen.
