I stopped in to ask they could replace the remote struts on my Subaru hatchback that would not fully open. I was expecting to get a quote for new struts and, instead, he went out and diagnosed the "problem" as normal if the hatch operation is stopped before if fully opened (it saves it the new choice). He showed me how to return it to the fully open choice). No charge. He was super friendly and helpful. Nice to deal with someone so honest.
They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Very pleased with the finished product.
