Had an absolutely terrible wonderful experience here. Had a small emergency pop up and was able to get right in! They took the time to listen and got right back with my results! I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this place.
Don’t waste your time! Horrible experience with getting meds called in. I called and asked if an appointment was necessary and Shelia stated it was not - upon arriving at 9am, I was told other had appointments and my slot would be 2pm. When I questioned about having an appointment the person at the front desk said they change things all the time so today they must be allowing appointments?! These people did not take me even though I was within that 15 minute mark grace period mark and they told me I had to wait an hour to be seen. I explained my situation to them that I have a new baby at home and had to drive far and just had a c section. I am a physician and know how things work in a clinic. As a provider, you need to have empathy for your patients.
