My mom recently fractured her knee, my sisters and I work full time so we were nervous about how and when to help. I called late in the day with a lot of questions, we didn’t know where to begin! Jhana was extremely helpful and made my mom feel a lot better with the knowledge she shared. It was nice to speak to a genuine person who cares about helping the community with great caregiving!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It does not matter if you decide call the office and give a 24 hour notice, THEY STILL CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NEVER RENDERED!!! I have made a complaint to the local office numerous times and am still charged for caregivers not being at the home with my family member. They do NOT care about your family ONLY money! Caregivers are NOT trained! They send several different ones constantly. No consistency. They keep you locked in a contract that is extremely hard to get out of!
Cornerstone Caregiving was so professional and wonderful to work with! All of the caregivers were fantastic. I am so thankful for your organization and for the comfort, respect, and care that you provided to my mom. I would definitely recommend your organization to others.
