I work for a local Hospice company and refer to Katie and her team at Cornerstone often based off of family feedback. I recently had an issue with some administrative processes and Katie jumped into action about brought about a favorable resolution.
Business practices are poor. I specifically told them to not use a credit card and months later they posted an invoice without my approval.
