I work for a local Hospice company and refer to Katie and her team at Cornerstone often based off of family feedback. Today, I spoke with a family with an immediate need for overnight services for their mother…I referred them at about 1:08pm this afternoon and at 1:19pm I received a text from Katie letting me know they spoke and that their need was met and services were beginning same day! I recently had an issue with some administrative processes and Katie jumped into action about brought about a favorable resolution.
Business practices are poor. I specifically told them to not use a credit card and months later they posted an invoice without my approval.
