We have been with the Company 5 Years. My father has Dementia but is still mobile and loves to play cards at 92 yrs. I recently moved in here with him and have fired 3 Care Givers. Surprisingly, they leave after 1.5 hrs. and get paid for Three. They are expected to cook a large full breakfast, one did not know how to cook. Unfortunately, some are not bright enough if the house was on fire, I couldn’t trust them to get my father out of the house. From our very first experience with Cornerstone, they were so professional and caring. The most important thing for me as an RN, was how they communicated with me very timely about any point of care for my mother. Whether it was a caregiver being a few minutes late, to a a change of status they noticed in my mother’s condition, they were prompt to let me know immediately. I recommend them to care for anyone’s family member.
