While I would agree with comments in other more favorable reviews, I give 2 stars because rather than acknowledging their limitations, they took on a difficult, complex case that they were absolutely unprepared to handle. This led to chaotic, inadequate care, and unnecessary delay in getting adequate care on site, much to the detriment of all involved. We were so pleased to find Cornerstone home health for the care of my parents. They went above and beyond any other home health company in our experience. They were excellent communicators and Ryan, the owner, was very kind and accommodating. Every staff member has been courteous, friendly, and forthcoming. I would highly recommend Cornerstone.
