As a new staff member I can say they definitely make you feel cared for and about. Their staff matters to them and it shows. Their goal is to shower staff with the kind of care they want their clients to experience. Very kind and understanding ladies in the office.

While I would agree with comments in other more favorable reviews, I give 2 stars because rather than acknowledging their limitations, they took on a difficult, complex case that they were absolutely unprepared to handle. This led to chaotic, inadequate care, and unnecessary delay in getting adequate care on site, much to the detriment of all involved.
