The staff is great. Every one friendly and helpful, However every single time I have a medication dosage increase there is an issue. On 3 occasions now I have stopped taking my medication cold turkey (which any Dr would say absolutely not to do) because of issues communicating between Cornerstone and the insurance company. For instance my prior prescription ran out on the day of my last Dr. appt. A new prescription was sent to the pharmacy that day. It was denied because it wasnt prior authorized by the Dr office.
