It was a great experience! I love the pre-washing by hand and so appreciate the free vacuums that have a lot of suction!
The car wash was good but I asked for a $13 wash and they charged me $15 for the wash. I reached out to them via email and they never replied. It doesn't look like they're real concerned about making things right if by just refunding the $2. Always make sure that you get a receipt at the time so that you know what they're charging you.
5 stars to Lily. Took my car there full of bugs and asked her if she can remove them. She did and I’m impressed
Just went through the $19 wash and our car is extremely soapy still. Soap is everywhere on my hatchback. Terrible experience. We need a car wash for the car wash we just got!
