Absolutely amazing! The staff is great at communicating, the speech path food therapist and occupational therapist we see are so great we have been with them for 8 years since my youngest was first diagnosed with autism. They have truly helped so much and his speech and other needs he has came so far! Would recommend them to anyone who needs their children to have these services.

I would like to express my concern over the lack of professionalism of the staff at the Midwest city location in the speech department and the unreasonable attendance policy. I gave more than a weeks notice when we went on vacation and gave several days notice the other time when we spent a week with his grandparents over the summer. All of the absences were over the summer. I also had one day I had a migraine and could not drive. Would leave no stars if I could. Called a week in advance to confirm daughters appointment. Then got an email few days before appointment saying they canceled appointment because I never confirmed. They gave excuses that an employee just quit so she probably never put it in the system but there was nothing they could do but put me on a waiting list and there was no lead, manager, or supervisor I could talk to.
