Clock strikes 4:01 on Saturday and forget it customer service is out the window. "We're closed at 4:00" As I'm jogging to the counter to get cash...
This location has gotten way better tellers at it than before. I've been greater with a smile almost every time we go. I have the kiddos with me and they always talk to them and ask how old. Way better experience than I've had before. It's also really nice that they are open on Saturday afternoons. Wish it was a little later than 4pm but we make it work.
