The employees are friendly and easy to get along with. The basic banking of checking, savings, and business accounts is good. If you need a lender though, for anything from a house, vehicle, personal loan, etc, look elsewhere. Their favorite line is that their hands are tied while other banks make the same lending a simple process without the run around and demanding liens on property and requiring cosigners. We changed banks.
We love our local Cornerstone bank. The people that work their are very friendly and helpful in a very timely matter. Every time we go in we havent had the need to wait in line.
