Wonderful place to live. Beautiful apartments and attentive maintenance staff. The management has activities regularly for the residents and kids. I dont partake because I dont have kids, but I appreciate that they offer the services.
I am a cosigner for my cousin which I was very hesitant about doing but the lady in the office told me she would let me know if rent was ever not paid. We that was a lie. My cousin wasn't able to transfer the utilities into her name so she was given penalty fees every month. She was late more fees. Never was I notified. Fast forward 9 months I get a certified letter saying they are taking us to court she owes over $7,000.
