Don’t waste your time!! After calling SEVERAL times without getting any answers, I canceled our order and called our bank to stop payment. I was also told that my husband was their customer, not me! Excuse me?!?! How about, I’m his wife NOT YOU! And that’s OUR money! This is the worst company with horrendous customer service! Buyer beware!!!!!!
I am taking my old post off and this time I will not change it again. Please do your due diligence before purchasing silver ( gold ) from these folks. I didn't ask all the right questions when I bought my silver. They hit you for around 18 percent markup to purchase and another 4 percent just to sell back. I found a well known gold and silver company and they pay 10 cents higher than spot, weather you bought from someone else or not. I would put their name down but didn't know if I could.
