John took on a project for us to build an add-on to our property (April), I ended up paying him for the full services for plans however I get the feeling this is more a part-time job for him. Responses took several days on email, not the actual deliverables. I wanted to do a larger change after HOA provided comments and he wanted to charge more per sq. ft on the redesign than the actual original plan so I decided to keep the plan but ask for minor updates as agreed in writing.
