Cornerstone did a great job on my appraisal. The lender approved my loan quickly. The appraisal was done quickly and throughly. The seller commented on how respectful the appraiser was from Cornerstone so I have that to go on as well. The negative review on here from the office manager of another appraisal company is pretty unprofessional and suspect in my opinion.
Thinks he can control the market and will lowball your appraisal like no other. Would not recommend this guy touch your property.
Peter is a really nice guy. As long as you don't mind him under valuing your home by tens of thousands of dollars, and avoiding you like the plague when you call him on it, he's great.
I have never seen a more unprofessional appraisal report than the one he did for my property. Not 1 thing specific to my property was included in the report. All just boiler plate definitions. I would not recommend him to anyone.
