Viví más de 1 año en este sitio, desde el mes 3 informé a cerca de una humedad en un baño la cual nunca fue resuelta hasta el día de mi salida. Debido lo fuerte de la humedad empezamos a tener problemas respiratorios constantes y frecuentes. Cuando decidimos salir de allí, el apartamento se entregó en perfectas condiciones y el depósito solicitado nunca fue devuelto, a pesar que ellos dicen que no tuvieron que hacer ninguna mejora al apartamento que nosotros hayamos provocado. I moved out of The Rowen over a year ago and still haven’t received my security deposit or any communication from anyone. I’ve called, emailed, and even sent a certified letter that was confirmed delivered, but no one has responded. Rent anywhere else but here!
