I have rarely felt more ripped off or taken advantage of. The moment I walked in the door, they demanded payment of $140 up front before we were even checked in. Then, rather than even attempting to make a diagnosis, I was advised to euthanize and that the fee for that was another $125,, in addition to the $140 it cost just to get in the door.
