Cornerstone seem to believe they have some sort of police powers. They side with certain residents, With no proof and decide to send threatening letters. Claire beach is very rude. Remember cornerstone you are just a land lord. That is it!! Stop trying to intimidate residents. You have no power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No one answers the phone, you wait on hold to be told to leave a message and someone will get back to you which they don’t. My elderly mum has been without hot water for 5 days now and it’s the middle of winter. It was reported a week ago to which someone really polite and friendly was sent out. It couldn’t be fixed and now it’s been another 3days waiting and trying to contact someone. Really happy with cornerstone very prompt to sort any issues with our property very polite. Remember the "Golden rule" treat them how you want them to treat you be respectful they do a tough job sometimes dealing with all types of personalities. Love our home thank you cornerstone. ☺️☺️
The repairs manager seems to make up rules as he goes along I find James to rude arrogant and his customer service skills are shocking
