As black women, I definitely will not be back and will be making a complaint. She acted like I was wasting & bothering her time after wasting 25min in room. I dont recommended at all. They dont take complaints seriously and brush everything under the rug. They truly dont care about patients of different backgrounds

Ive been seeing Dr. Ragsdale for years now and she is so wonderful. I had an appointment with her today for an IUD replacement. My LEAST fav appointment in the world due to the cramping and pain and you know.. but she always has such warm energy, when she enters the room my anxiety levels decrease greatly. She communicates so well and is very attentive. Today destiny (I think, super nice had an undercut) was working with her and she was so sweet as well. Laura Finley NP and MA Aubrey were amazing and so comforting during my IUD insertion. I was so nervous because my last one was extremely painful and traumatic. They were so kind and made me feel comfortable. Laura offered a cervical block which helped immensely!! Thank you!
