I was very disappointed with my experience with Rica Drennen, MD. During my visit, the doctor used AI to evaluate and assist with the consultation, which I found inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially in a medical setting. The doctor also ordered a blood test and specifically suggested that the test would help determine the appropriate treatment. As black women, I definitely will not be back and will be making a complaint. She acted like I was wasting & bothering her time after wasting 25min in room. I dont recommended at all. They dont take complaints seriously and brush everything under the rug. They truly dont care about patients of different backgrounds

Ive been seeing Dr. Ragsdale for years now and she is so wonderful. I had an appointment with her today for an IUD replacement. My LEAST fav appointment in the world due to the cramping and pain and you know.. but she always has such warm energy, when she enters the room my anxiety levels decrease greatly.
