Have been a patient of Dr Kelly's since I moved to Colorado. I will for sure miss her care but not the rude front desk service I constantly get over the phone/in person. Was informed my insurance is not valid anymore at this office (my insurance says different) and got a very rude and unhelpful person on the phone.

I needed an appointment to see myPCP. I was told she was out of the office and they could get me in with Dr Shauna Kelly. I was there 15 minutes early as asked. After 20 minutes the receptionist told me that Dr. Kelly was running 30 minutes behind. She informed me that the Dr told me to wear a mask. I informed the receptionist that with my shortness breath from my illness compounded with my asthma I didn’t feel I could.They took me back to a room 5 minutes later. The doctors and staff do not return calls. They prescribe you medicine without telling you, and when you call, they want you to PAY for another appointment to find out why. I was in the ER for a fractured wrist. Called them 3 times, one day, the next morning, and late the following afternoon. No response! Terrible treatment from a medical provider.

I am typically not a patient at this location, but my location was down to one provider, and they were able to schedule me to come to this location last minute. Suzanne and Rachel were absolutely fabulous and, even though I was the last patient of the day, I felt like they were so thorough and truly present to me to help me get what I needed. I had a new patient exam with Dr. Colleen Maher and had the most incredible experience. She was empathetic, a great listener, and knowledgeable. The whole team in primary care is top notch. The 2 ladies in the front were extremely helpful and made the check in process enjoyable. I can’t believe how much I love the staff. My concerns were addressed immediately and I had lab work done that day. If you are looking for exceptional healthcare providers- this is it!
