Ordered the vegetarian ramen. It's decently tasty--noodles are chewy, broth is good--but $17 + tax is obscene for what you get (handful of raw spinach, abundant raw cabbage, cooked shrooms, noodles, and four very small pieces of tofu in lukewarm broth). Go to the ramen shop on 9th St. for a better deal (friendlier staff, table service, good food, less expensive), or Dashi if you want to pay a lot but have more interesting food in a nicer, quieter space. Tofu to price ratio here is disappointing.

Pork bao bun was inedible. Skin of the pork belly was solid and impossible chew, plus utterly tasteless. Would give this place a miss for any of the other options inside the food hall.
The food here was pretty good. It was difficult to navigate the "dos & don'ts" of the food hall, especially as tourists. The most helpful and kindest workers in the entire building were the custodial staff. They all made you feel like you were a welcome guest.
