Probably one of the best contractors I've ever used. Great communications, excellent workmanship, and fantastic site clean up after the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
I had to repair a brick wall that had been damaged by water and expanded lintels so I called Daryl to get a quote. His response was immediate, the cost estimate was detailed and very reasonable in terms of cost so we made a deal. He and his crew arrived on time, fully prepared and ready to execute the job; they did it in one day with great quality (the repair is undetectable) and left the work zone immaculate. Strongly recommend Daryl and crew for your next masonry project.
The company finished 2 projects. First was the repair of the fieldstone exterior wall of the home that had deteriorated. This involved demo of the affected area and re-building the portion using the existing stones. The other was re-cap and repair of the chimney. I signed a contract with Urban Corner Stone Masonry last year for our home in Westland. I had gotten some competitive quotes. Daryl had given a very thorough breakdown and he did not negotiate the price down and said he gave his best number up front. I respected that. The work involved tearing one brick wall down completely and one partially and tuckpointing multiple locations. The house was built in 1960 and we had just bought it.
