Doc. Shamaka has no respect for his patients - I have had 4 appointments and he was late for all of them - 1st appoinment - waited in room for 45 min - was short and abrupt 2nd appointment - waited for an hour and 15 min - rescheduled and left 3rd appointment - first of the day for him and was still late by 30 min 4th appointment - booked for 9.50 AM - left after 45 min wait and he still was not in the building . THERE WILL NOT BE A 4th appoinment
