When I frequent a business, there's one thing that I look for and that is, to be welcomed and treated with dignity and kindness. I don't expect you to roll out red carpets and I don't expect there to be a parade but, I work really hard for what little money I have and when I go into a business I just want someone to say hi to me or be friendly or at least acknowledge me.
