They take forever to fix any maintenance requests. Frequent shirtless homeless people will be roaming your halls because management refuses to address any issues. The door has been unlocked for anyone to enter for the past week and earlier today they brought someone to repair it but now the door doesn’t unlock. I waited hours in the cold for someone to come down and open the door. All in all, do not think about living here
Management for Corner House needs to be changed. Any sort of communication with Jewell, Brittany, or Brooke was incredibly frustrating. They were always incredibly rude over the phone and whatever we agreed on verbally never followed through. When we tried to get it down in writing via email, they would never respond fully and we would end up with email chains with 20+ replies. DO NOT LIVE HERE Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. The renovated apartments are redone so horribly and there are literally always maintenance issues that they refuse to address. Our shower was not waterproof, they wouldn’t fix it. Our shower was dripping and they wouldn’t fix it. All the washers and driers are either moldy or broken. Cabinets came with no handles.
