I finally got my filling filed down today at a different private practice. 5 months requesting an issue with a protruding filing in cnd practice. 3 times they can’t see and only focus on articulating paper. Two dentists seen. And both dentist with what should be a minimum of 7 years training, and however many in practice experience don’t dare to use their eyes and can’t use any other tool other than articulation paper to mark biting point. My daughter had Invisalign treatment here, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. The appointments felt rushed, despite the treatment costing much more than other dentists offering the same service. They also didn’t follow through on everything that was promised as part of the Invisalign package and when we brought it up, they just stalled and avoided taking responsibility. I have had a night mare for three years with teeth broken in an accident with my granddaughter head she jumped up as I bent down the impact caused the teeth to die. The NHS is absolutely rubbish load of jobs worth couldn’t get an NHS dentist any where just that they only treat the dental emergency pain, Esther Rantzen was about she would be giving out jobs worth hats all over the place . I went in to see the dentist. Walked into the room and the dentist asked me to place my bag on the chair. Before I could even sit down the dentist Andre said he was going to charge me £150 because I’m not a patient there. I am a patient there because I always see the other dentist Hamman but on this day my regular dentist did not have any appointments hence the receptionist booked me in with someone else.
