⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at this dental practice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which helped me feel comfortable right away. They listened carefully to my concerns, paid close attention to the issue I was having, and provided an effective solution. I really appreciated their professionalism and care throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!
I am a night mare patient,petrified of any dentist work, but I have to say this practice always put me at ease, all staff are very understanding, in last year I have had 3 extractions and there new air flow cleaning treatment which I highly recommend. Thanks to everyone at corner house.
Disappointed....after 20yrs at this practice I have noticed in recent years the standard of patient care dropping especially for NHS patients, broken tooth 5/6 week wait for an appointment but pay privately and it's 5 days! The staff have clearly not had any training in conflict resolution or basic customer service. They have a high turn over of staff which speaks volumes. They are all about the money and not so much about the care! Shame used to be good.
