The first time I went in to get fitted for a cpap I worked with Joe and he was amazing. He was very down to earth, knowledgeable and easy to understand. I was pleased! However, after getting my machine the service went downhill. Someone did call to check on me the first couple of months and I kept expressing the issues I was having with the mask since the first month but they kept suggesting that I continue to use the same mask. Very fair pricing. I rented a mobility scooter to use when visiting fargo and it suddenly was not working and when i called and explained what occurred, i received great service and a new scooter to use in a very timely manner that same day. The communication with the service man was top notch and greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
I met with Joe to get a CPAP and he was perfect. Straight to the point, didn't waste any time on irrelevant details, but yet was still totally clear about everything and made sure I was good to go before I left!
