This post is specifically in regard to "Bob" at Corner Home Medical's O² concentrator department. If only all representatives could be as bubbly while solving every problem! I live in an upscale 55+ community and my oxegen concentrator was so loud that it was rattling the ceiling on my 2nd floor neighbor's apartment and somewhat dangerous because I had to lock it in the laundry closet in order to sleep!
