Bonnie at the Buffalo location was amazing, she went above and beyond for my aunt. Made sure everything fit her perfect, explained how to load it, fold it up, use the toe step for the curb. She was very kind and patient. Wonderful lady all around . I will tell everyone to go thru this company easy to work with as well to get this walker thru her Dr's order. Just amazing
We were in need of some same - day breathing equipment and stopped into your Buffalo office. Our prescription was missing some information and we were not sure what insurance would cover.
