Jackie M from the Duluth office went above and beyond to help convince insurance to pay for some equipment needed for my son after a terrible accident. She was so kind, detail oriented, honest, and thorough. We really appreciate her hard work and dedication.
Had no problems until switched insurance. Was told I couldn't help verify who was my insurance carrier because they couldn't contact them. This dragged on until now from January so it's time to say goodbye. No help, no support, cut and dry, they don't care.
