These guys have been leaving me like 3-4 voicemails a week for like 2 months telling me I can renew my supplies with them. I have never been so persistently badgered by anybody. I tried to answer one of the calls and it was just the same automated voice saying "it's a new year and the perfect time to start fresh and stay on track eith your supplies.". I am extremely happy with my experience in receiving a new CPAP machine. The ease of making a appointment and them having everything ready for me when I walked in is priceless. Leah did a wonderful job explaining the new machine and its functions. She answered all my questions and handled all the paperwork. I highly recommend this business for all your CPAP needs.
Horrible experience. I was told that my hospital bed would come to pickup the hospital bed between 4.00pm and 7.00pm, they never showed up and didn’t care to call to let me know they were not coming.
Leah was very friendly, informative and knew the products well.
Local is the way to go. A face with service is irreplaceable.
