Three issues so far with customer service. We dropped of my prescription in store for a knee scooter, with my insurance information in July and waited for the authorization. I was told by the staff it was authorized by insurance and that it would be covered with my coinsurance (80% insurance, 20% out of pocket.) When we got to the store for pickup the employee told us it would be just under $3, which we paid and were told by your staff that insurance covered the rest and it would be just under $3 per month. As a last minute idea, we had no idea what we were doing trying to rent a wheelchair for my mom who had knee surgery. Veronica was incredibly cheerful and helpful in leading us through the process. We were in and out with exactly what we needed in short time. :)
me and my client has been here a few times and every time we have went ms Veronica has been very helpful and understanding and patient with my client and helping get ready for her surgery and and her recovery as well she is one off a kind and we love coming there and feeling so welcome from all the staff that work there as well this is a real amazing place
