I literally can’t get into the store to pick up my cpap supplies. I’m working before they open and after they close. SO THEY CHARGED ME FEES AND PUT ME IN COLLECTIONS FOR NOT PAYING FOR SUPPLIES I CANT PICK UP!!

Love the service I received from the Connor home medical in Fridley. Jackie was brilliant the way she explained everything on how to use the machine the demonstration and helping me choose the mask that works best for me. She was highly knowledgeable about how to use the CPAP machine and the equipment, and what I should be looking forward to. This place is terrible. One of the worst customer services experience ever. They don’t care. I wanted to try a new mask and it failed in under a month. A piece of the plastic on the mask failed while I was sleep. I could have choked on this in my sleep and died. I simply wanted to warranty the product (it’s been under a month since I bought) and Sam, the receptionist told me the only thing she can do is sell me a new mask for 50 bucks. They are terrible and I’m done using them. Stay away from them.
