Jackie is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I went to an appointment with my 87 year old mom, Jackie is wonderful.
Nina walked me through everything for wearing a CPAP for the first time. She was great - explained everything thoroughly and was super friendly and accommodating (I accidentally showed up an hour early and she fit me right in). Everyone I’ve talked to here has been just terrific!
I visited to pick up a new CPAP machine. Jackie was very friendly and knowledgeable and got me set up with a mask that fits well and is very comfortable. While I was in the store I watched other interactions between staff and customers and the customer service here is great, no matter what you’re looking for. Really appreciate you guys!

I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere! One person tells you one thing and then you get an appointment and go in and they tell you something different. Was treated very poorly!
