Marucs is the best DME Liaison I have ever worked with! He is quick to respond, helpful, and efficient. When Marcus went on vacation for a week, I was lost. This man deserves a raise.
I haven’t had any good experiences at the St. Cloud Corner Home Medical. I had to give one star. I stayed because my Sleep Disorders doc is able to contact them instantly to change anything on my Pap devise. They don’t answer the phone there, it does no good to stay on the line and pray for a real person. My absolute worst experience was when I had issues with my machine, it wouldn’t turn on, of course it was a Friday. It was a new machine.
