Walked in an employee in back proceeded to acknowledge me, yelling can I help you- asking if I had an apt? Doesn't say you need one any where I researched or on the door. I asked do I need to walk back there since you're yelling and not coming forward? With my limited mobility??? I was obviously an inconvenience to the 4 employees I seen. Hope you have better luck

Ordered a lift chair and a few other things in Little Falls store and Adelle was the sale person and she was awesome from the beginning to receiving our items. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything we received. I definitely would highly recommend her for any medical devices you may need. Thank you Adelle for making sure that the order was correct and making this process so easy for us!

Our family recently worked with your store. Your staff were so professional and kind. Any supplies or equipment that was requested was at our door in a very short time. When the equipment was picked up the employee was so kind. The staff that assisted us all deserve 5 solid gold stars in my opinion. Thank you.

Beyond disappointed...asking dr to send prescription somewhere else. 2 months same supplies when told i would get monthly. Corporate is inconsiderate and not helpful. Go anywhere else.

customer service is poor- MANY excuses when you call and ask why things are delayed. Have been waiting for almost two weeks for a CPAP machine and still no machine. When aske what the delay was, they blamed it on the doctor's office... Phones do call out, right? They should try that.
