My hospital bed & lift chair were ordered February 11th, 2026! Zero communication. Do not return my calls. If I'm lucky enough to get a human, I am told I am not even in their system! Yes, I've confirmed who the rehab center sent orders. Called my Dr. To confirm where she faxed the orders. This is unbelievable!!!
Kendalyn was such a joy to work with! Appreciate all of her knowledge and help picking out what was best for me. Will be back to see her!!
They were so kind, friendly, and helpful . They took the time to answer all my questions even when I didn't have an appointment. They are absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them!
