I haven’t had any good experiences at the St. Cloud Corner Home Medical. I had to give one star. I stayed because my Sleep Disorders doc is able to contact them instantly to change anything on my Pap devise. They don’t answer the phone there, it does no good to stay on the line and pray for a real person. My absolute worst experience was when I had issues with my machine, it wouldn’t turn on, of course it was a Friday. It was a new machine. I recently called and visited Corner Home Medical looking for a knee brace that would provide better support than the basic braces sold at Walmart. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away and made to feel welcome. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to help us try on multiple braces to make sure we found the right fit and support level for our needs.
