Our family recently worked with your store. Your staff were so professional and kind. Any supplies or equipment that was requested was at our door in a very short time. When the equipment was picked up the employee was so kind. The staff that assisted us all deserve 5 solid gold stars in my opinion. Thank you.

Beyond disappointed...asking dr to send prescription somewhere else. 2 months same supplies when told i would get monthly. Corporate is inconsiderate and not helpful. Go anywhere else.

customer service is poor- MANY excuses when you call and ask why things are delayed. Have been waiting for almost two weeks for a CPAP machine and still no machine. When aske what the delay was, they blamed it on the doctor's office... Phones do call out, right? They should try that.

I used to LOVE this place. Crystal was always on top of everything for me. BUT, lately, Crystal is unreachable, and although the phone people are pleasant, they don’t seem to be able to handle the orders. They forget to send out something, or leave things out on the order and then I have to call them back and ask what happened to such and such. Very disappointed in the service. I called a couple times explaining the new unit not working properly within the time frame of it being able to be replaced but never got a call back just to find out being no one recorded it on their end I called, I had to wait a month to get it changed even though I had proofing calling them! They never return phone calls for questions or concerns.
