I had been going to CHM for about 9 years but I quit last year because some of the staff, in addition to being incompetent, was also rude and disrespectful. I returned recently to pleasantly find out that some of the staff had left and there were some new faces. A woman named Elizabeth helped me get a prescription for my supplies and any took care of any insurance needs that had to be met. Marcus is a great asset to our Physical Therapy department. He answers equipment questions so quickly. He services our pts completely and efficiently. Oh and he is very pleasant. Thanks Marcus. You deserve a raise or bonus or a pizza party.

I’ve left many messages requesting a call back to order supplies with no return call. This St. Cloud store is understaffed, it’s not the employees fault. I do hope they will do what it will take to keep employees.
