This is tge most disorganized rude company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are contantly losing my prescription or pretending they didnt recieve it. They dont know how to follow or read measurements included in the prescrition from my doctor. Nobody knows anything about anything. They seem andry and treat you like an inconvenience when they have to actually work. I would have better luck with a rabid squirrel and a dumpster fire then anything with this place
My experience was amazing. Bonnie was thorough and quick. She kept me updated with every step-by-step with my insurance. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would recommend all my family and friends to come here I was treated with respect and kindness.
My grandma injured her leg. We had tried another company and did not enjoy the experience so we left and came to corner medical. Heather and Ashlynn were phenomenal we left with everything we needed and helped us work with the clinic and insurance. Highly recommend and knowledgeable!
I ordered Cpap supplies on December 29 never received anything later to find out i needed a new prescription never was told a thing about needing a new prescription now i have no Insurance and been on hold for more than 30 minutes trying to order supplies. I hate this place!! very bad service!!
I will never purchase another item from Corner Home Medical. I ordered supplies for my C-pap on December 22nd. I specifically told Heather that I wanted to wait to purchase a new machine, but to go ahead and order the supplies. I was assured the order would be placed. As of January 2nd I had not received my supplies so I called Corner home, only to be told that the supplies had never been ordered and that there was a note in my file that I wanted to wait until after the new year.
