Very disappointed with our experience. We ordered a special flower arrangement and puppy figure for my mother when her puppy passed away last week hoping to bring a smile to moms face after suffering all week in tears losing sweet Oreo who was in our family for 20 years. After spending 2 hours digging the hole to bury her in We all went inside and I said "mom, we have a surprise for you"!
