Great customer service, friendly and courteous!
One of the most helpful staff
very disappointed! I ordered this specifically for the "smiley face container." What the person received was just a plain basket. I called and was rudely told, "Well we can't deliver what we don't have." Then maybe don't advertise it! I would have never ordered this the way it arrived. At the very least, I would have expected a phone call to tell me the container was not available and been given the offer to either cancel the order or order something different.
